How long does it take to ship an order?

For orders received and paid online via PayPal, credit card, or cash on delivery, processing occurs within 1 business day from receipt. Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination area.

The total delivery time equals the sum of processing time (1 business day) and delivery time (1-3 business days). 

Orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

For orders paid by bank transfer, processing and shipping times start from the receipt of the payment.

What shipping options does Zee.Dog offer?

Standard Shipping: Delivery is available throughout the Italian territory. For orders over 49 euros, shipping is free, regardless of the region. For orders under 49 euros, the shipping cost is 5.90 euros plus an additional 3 euros surcharge for cash on delivery payment.
